This addition to the senior leadership team follows 20:20 Innovation’s recent acquisition of the Ross Martin Practical Tax Database and Virtual Tax Partner Service.

Nichola is fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and, the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT)and the founder of both rossmartin.co.uk and Virtual Tax Partner Support service VtaxP.co.uk She currently serves as a trustee and as the Vice President of the CIOT. With decades of tax experience and deep technical expertise, she will play a central role in supporting 20:20 Innovation’s members with practical tax solutions and thought leadership.

Nichola joins an accomplished technical team at 20:20 Innovation, led by industry experts Sharon Cooke and David Norris - both renowned keynote speakers and innovators in the accounting profession. Her appointment is another step towards delivering exceptional value throughout 2025 - and beyond.
