COLUMBUS, OH / AGILITYPR.NEWS / January 04, 2021 / AAA Ohio Auto Club is kicking off the New Year by expanding two of its central Ohio locations. The Powell and Polaris AAA Car Care Plus locations are now AAA combo stores, featuring a wide range of products and services. This is part of AAA’s efforts to enhance member experiences as the organization continues to grow and evolve.

With the recent expansion of the Polaris and Powell locations, AAA now has four combo stores in central Ohio, which conveniently offer a one-stop shop for multiple AAA products and services, including AAA Car Care Plus automotive repair, travel, insurance and more. AAA combo store locations include: 

• Grandview: 686 Grandview Ave., Columbus
• Gahanna/New Albany: 5486 North Hamilton Rd., Columbus
• Polaris: 8350 Sancus Blvd., Columbus
• Powell: 8868 Moreland St., Powell

While these, and all 29 of AAA Ohio Auto Club’s locations, remain open to customers, the club also offers ways to connect with staff members directly by phone or virtual appointments.

“AAA has been assisting members for 119 years,” said Cindi Toll, director of retail operations for AAA Ohio Auto Club. “As the world around us changes, we must also evolve, which is why we are offering new, convenient ways for customers to engage with AAA. We believe our cross-channel strategy is more efficient, improves user experience and deepens the relationship we have with our members and customers.”

Members rely on AAA for 24/7 emergency roadside assistance, along with other products and services, including travel, insurance, Discounts & Rewards, financial services, automotive repair and more. These services are available at AAA.com, or by visiting or calling AAA locations.

Hours for the new combo stores are Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon. However, virtual appointments can be set for other times of the day.
