UNITED KINGDOM / AGILITYPR.NEWS / April 01, 2025 / ABGI is the new (old) name for Visiativ Consulting.

Visiativ launched in the UK two years ago - bringing together the long-standing innovation funder ABGI and the Solidworks reseller Innova Systems. Now, following last year's acquisition of Visiativ by Groupe SNEF, the ABGI name is back.

Scott Henderson, CEO of ABGI commented:

"We’ve been in business for 17 years in the UK. First as Jumpstart, one of the UK’s first R&D tax relief specialists. Following our acquisition by Visiativ in 2019 we became ABGI (the name of Visiativ’s consulting arm) and then – in June of last year – we rebranded as Visiativ, falling into line with the rest of the Group.

Now Visiativ has become part of Groupe SNEF – a 119 years-old, €1.7bn turnover French business with 13,000 employees in 30 countries. SNEF wants to maintain and build a strong consulting focus and has decided to adopt the ABGI brand for that division. So – after 24 months as Visiativ, we are rebranding back to ABGI on the 1st of April."

A new (old) name – but the same people, expertise and experience with the same focus on accuracy and compliance, backed by the financial strength, stability and global footprint of Groupe SNEF.
