American Marketing Association Foundation Announces New Board of Advisors Members

Aric Rindfleisch, John M. Jones Professor of Marketing and Executive Director of the Illinois MakerLab at the University of Illinois, named AMA Foundation Chair 


Chicago, IL—The American Marketing Association (AMA) Foundation is pleased to announce new members of the Board of Advisors. The AMA Foundation Board of Directors is made up of volunteer leaders and impactful marketing visionaries who are providing insight and guidance to create the essential community for marketers. 


Through its work, the AMA Foundation seeks to elevate marketing visionaries, empower future generations, and inspire a more diverse industry and ensure marketing research impacts public good. Learn more about the AMA Foundation.

“I’m thrilled to welcome the new members of the AMA Foundation Board of Advisors,” said Bennie F. Johnson, AMA’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our Board members are essential partners in expanding the Foundation’s philanthropic impact and investing in the next generation of marketers. We are thankful for their commitment, innovative spirit, and generosity in building the Foundation’s new era. I also want to thank the outgoing members of the Board for their service and dedication to the community.”

Jones Professor of Marketing and Executive Director of the Illinois MakerLab at the University of Illinois. “The early momentum of our new initiatives, including the Lehmann Leadership Circle, demonstrates what is possible when our community invests together in the people and ideas shaping the future of marketing.”


The Don Lehmann Leadership Circle, is a new annual giving society recognizing donors who make generous annual contributions in support of the Foundation’s work.
