Leeds, UK - BigChange, the supplier of mobile asset and work management IT solutions, has launched its latest software innovations at Vertikal. The Leeds-based company demonstrated JobWatch, a 5 in 1 system that provides a paperless way to plan, manage, schedule and track jobs, vehicles and plant.
JobWatch enables mobile staff to use mobile phones or tablets to replace traditional paper forms and reports. It is part of the BigChange cloud platform, an end-to-end business solution that handles the entire business process from booking to invoicing. JobWatch is synchronised in real-time with the BigChange booking, CRM and invoicing apps, and can integrate with hire, accounts and ERP software.
By replacing hand written paperwork with real-time digital data matched to GPS tracking data, asset ID and time/location stamped images, managers always have the information they need 24/7. As well as the benefits of this improved operational efficiency, companies can boost customer service and improve finances, with faster invoices and fewer disputes.
The BigChange solution is ideal for both large and small hire firms and is already proven with over 50 operators within the plant sector, including GAP, High Access, Nixon Hire, HSS Hire, Altida, AA and Blade.

All operatives, whether employed or contracted use the same app on their mobile devices to receive and manage jobs. They can provide live updates on job status such as equipment delivered or collected - with a facility to attach time and location referenced photographs. It means contractors are on the same system allowing easier management as one paperless operation to provide seamless customer service.
