UNITED KINGDOM / AGILITYPR.NEWS / December 08, 2021 / Female gym goers in Bracknell can benefit from a new state-of-the-art piece of equipment that Absolutely Fitness has added to its dedicated ladies only area.

As people now live more sedentary lives, the hip abductors – a small and often neglected muscle group – can easily become weakened, which can impact the functioning of and cause pain in the lower body. The Technogym Dual Abductor and Adductor machine purely focus on the hip abductors to strengthen the muscles and improve health, general flexibility, core stability and coordinated movements. The machine features two pads that users push their legs against and receive resistance from weights.

The ladies only gym area at Absolutely Fitness in Bracknell is separate from the main area and features a full range of cardio equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers and steppers, as well as weights, toning machines and resistance machines.
