SOUTH WEST / AGILITYPR.NEWS / July 15, 2024 / Chartered Surveyor firm, Bruton Knowles, has added to the growing client base of its National Valuation Team through an extension to its existing partnership with South-West based Avon Fire and Rescue Service.
The newly secured five-year contract has seen Bruton Knowles brought in to provide annual asset valuations for its public sector client.
Helen McLeod-Baikie, Senior Associate and Head of Public Sector Valuation at Bruton Knowles, said: "It’s an exciting and busy time at Bruton Knowles and we are so delighted to be partnering with Avon Fire & Rescue Service and furthering the strong relationship which began with the team earlier this year.

“For those looking to appoint an external valuer to prepare asset valuations for financial reporting, now is the time to consider the procurement of those services for their 2025/26 accounts”.
Verity Lee, Statutory Finance Officer at Avon Fire & Rescue Service added: "Following a robust tender process for the provision of annual asset valuations we are pleased to announce that Bruton Knowles has been awarded a five-year contract and are well underway with valuation processes for the first year.
“We very much look forward to working with them over the contract term."
