NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, UK / AGILITYPR.NEWS / July 21, 2020 / Cadman Capital Group, a multinational alternative investment firm, has successfully completed its third acquisition of 2020, acquiring Norpol Packaging, and its sister company Burbridge Packaging.

The companies are specialist operators in the printing and packaging sector, supporting FMCG brands across the UK and Europe. They can trace their roots back almost 90 years and have been under the stewardship of David Parker for the last 40 years.

Backs Enterprises, a portfolio company of Cadman Capital Group, facilitated the Norpol and Burbridge acquisition.

Backs Enterprises are actively seeking further opportunities in the UK industrial sector.

Stephen Bayliss, Investment Director of Cadman commented “We are delighted to welcome both Norpol and Burbridge to our growing portfolio. This deal supports our ongoing strategy to deliver capital growth over the long term through the acquisition of UK based operating assets.”
