TUCSON, AZ / AGILITYPR.NEWS / November 04, 2025 / Casino Del Sol illuminated its signature dome in teal on Monday, November 3, in support of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) and its annual worldwide “Light the World in Teal” awareness campaign.

The special lighting is a visible show of support for the AFA and its nationwide awareness campaign and support for the millions of people living with Alzheimer’s disease, their families and caregivers.

Casino Del Sol lit the dome to honor this special occasion and hopes that this beacon will help loved ones, support their caregivers, and help spark conversations that lead to understanding, resources, and hope.

During Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, AFA invites landmarks, businesses, and individuals across the globe to “go teal” to help shine a spotlight on Alzheimer’s disease. Community members participated by wearing teal on November 3, turning porch or office lights teal, or updating social media profile images in teal. AFA also maintains a list of participating landmarks and additional ways to get involved on its official event website.
