Now hiring for 35 positions at its Loveland Shopping Center location.

Coolgreens, a healthy lifestyle eatery headquartered in Oklahoma City, is coming to Omaha. The first restaurant will be located in Loveland Shopping Center at 8990 West Center Road and is scheduled to open on June 1, 2020.

The store is currently accepting applications for approximately 35 positions including cooks, shift supervisors, “Greens and Greeters” and “Expeditors.” Accommodations will be made for those individuals who need to interview online using FaceTime, Google Hangouts or Zoom. Appointments can also be made for in-person interviews at the restaurant.

Franchise owner Joshua Vollertsen is on a mission to build healthy lifestyles and searched for a brand that would do just that.

“We conducted research to figure out what we could bring to Omaha that would enhance our community,” said Vollertsen, owner of Sanus Fieri, LLC. “Sanus Fieri is Latin for ‘healthy lifestyle’ and Coolgreens’ mission is to build healthy lifestyles in the communities it serves.”

Vollertsen said when he discovered the brand, he thought it would be a perfect match for Omaha.

“We’re really looking for people who care about customers and have a smile to show they care,” said Vollertsen. “We can teach them the skills we need, but we can’t teach someone to care.”

Coolgreens offers salads, wraps, grain bowls and sandwiches with fresh ingredients prepared daily, catering to individuals who are looking for a fast-casual restaurant serving high-quality, healthy food.
