Covers Chichester Donates Materials to Fishbourne CE Primary School
UNITED KINGDOM / AGILITYPR.NEWS / December 07, 2020 / Covers Timber & Builders Merchant in Chichester has donated materials to Fishbourne CE Primary School to build a play pit.
The company, which is located on Quarry Lane, provided a bulk bag of play pit sand after the school purchased other materials to complete its project.
Martyn Beck, Depot Manager of Covers Chichester, said:
“It’s a tough time for everyone right now – there are many organisations struggling to raise funds, including schools. We were happy to help by donating the sand and hope the play pit is enjoyed by the children for years to come.”
Emily Harris, Early Years Lead at Fishbourne Primary School, added:
“The children and staff at Fishbourne CE Primary School are delighted with their filled sandpit, with thanks to a donation from Covers. After months of the pit being empty, the children were excited to see the delivery and loved jumping up and down on the mound of sand! They are enjoying digging, building and creating in their new area. Many thanks Covers.”
