Coworking company adds a new location in prestigious Craig Ranch, District 121 and its flagship location expands to become its largest

WorkSuites adds a new location in prestigious Craig Ranch, District 121 in McKinney, and expands its flagship Mockingbird Station location, becoming the largest location in WorkSuites growing portfolio of premier flexible office space.

Coworking company, WorkSuites is opening its newest location in McKinney at 7300 SH 121 in the city’s first-Class A multitenant office building located inside the new mixed-use development, District 121.

The Craig Ranch location is WorkSuites’ 4th in Collin County and will include almost 26,000 sq ft of office space on the 3rd floor and an additional 5,800 sq ft of coworking space located in WorkTank on the 1st floor. In addition to office space, District 121 offers an outdoor amenity area, golf simulator, fitness center with private locker and shower rooms, 40,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, a parking garage, and a large open lawn area called The Commons and is scheduled to open the summer of 2022.

The 2nd and 5th floors will host 43,000 sq ft of flexible office space, while the 1st floor offers another 3,000 sq ft of coworking and meeting room space.
