The launch is the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the business, which has seen growing demand from clients for greater choice, consistency, and cultural authenticity when it comes to event catering. Prestige Catering has been established to streamline the experience for customers, removing the need to source multiple caterers for different cuisines or dietary requirements.

Under the Prestige Catering banner, clients now have access to an extensive range of freshly prepared cuisines - including African, Sri Lankan, Indian, Bangladeshi, South Indian, and European food. Each cuisine is prepared by specialist chefs with experience in traditional recipes, ensuring menus remain true to their cultural origins while meeting professional hospitality standards.

The creation of the new catering brand is supported by substantial investment in kitchen infrastructure. Crown Banqueting Suite now operates two fully functional commercial kitchens, allowing multiple cuisines to be prepared simultaneously. New equipment includes upgraded ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, food preparation systems, and top-notch hygiene and safety controls.
