GENEVA, SWITZERLAND / AGILITYPR.NEWS / October 29, 2019 / The European Union (EU) has published its latest list of toy safety standards for presumption of conformity with Directive 2009/48/EC, the so-called Toy Safety Directive (TSD). Included in this list is EN 71-3:2019 – ‘Migration of Certain Elements’.
Published on October 16, 2019, and implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1728, the harmonized standards include:
