Biography on Anshu Kotak
By the age of 35, Anshu Kotak was making more money through property investing than being arguably at one of the top investment banks in the world (Goldman Sachs). Anshu had managed to save £110K cash throughout her corporate career and by aged 35, that £110K had grown to £1m, thanks to property. I live in a £1m residential home, and that again was only affordable because of the profits I made through my first two buy to lets. I was able to "retire" from corporate life aged 35 because I had achieved financial freedom. I was earning more than enough passive income to comfortably live off. I've just turned 37 a few weeks ago and continue to grow my portfolio.
Anshu Kotak Credentials - Maths degree at LSE, corporate finance at London Business School, MBA INSEAD. I've been investing directly in property since 2009. My book (published by Momentum books) talks through my first 8 property purchases. I have 4 endorsements from high profile business leaders (please see back of book). I worked at Goldman Sachs as a qualified investment advisor where I managed £200m of personal wealth for prominent UK business leaders.
