TUCSON, AZ / AGILITYPR.NEWS / July 14, 2025 / Tucson Foodie and Casino Del Sol Extend Popular Food Truck Roll-Up Series with More Summer Dates and Monthly Events Starting This Fall

Due to popular demand, Tucson Foodie and Casino Del Sol are rolling forward with even more opportunities to enjoy one of Tucson’s tastiest community events—the Food Truck Roll-Up at AVA Amphitheater.

This family-friendly, open-air food truck festival will return on Friday, July 19 and Friday, August 9, from 7 to 10 p.m., with 20+ local food trucks, live DJ music, and free admission and parking.

Held in the spacious AVA Amphitheater parking lot, the event draws food lovers of all ages for cool summer nights packed with flavor, fun, and community spirit.

And the excitement doesn’t stop there.

Starting in September, the Food Truck Roll-Up will shift to a monthly schedule, taking place on the first Thursday of each month—giving Tucsonans four more chances to enjoy the best of the city’s mobile culinary scene before year’s end.

From savory tacos to gourmet grilled cheese and indulgent desserts, each evening features a curated lineup of some of Tucson’s top food trucks, set against the backdrop of music, twinkling lights, and the community’s warm energy.

“The response has been incredible, and we’re excited to keep it going,” said Jessica Savare, Marketing Director at Casino Del Sol. “We’ve seen families, date nights, and friend groups make memories here—it’s truly become a local favorite.”
