“We really wanted something that captured the craft cocktails we make in the tasting room without all the work,” said Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Terry Nichols. “The drinks were developed by our head mixologist, Mikel Lennox. Our assistant distiller, Dillon Hueser, owns a company called Side Hustle Syrups that makes craft cocktail syrups from all-natural ingredients and they are a key ingredient in these cocktails.”
“On the Fly” cocktails were launched in the Northwest back in 2019 and the response was tremendous. Distribution quickly grew and continues to do so with more offerings in the works for the future. The cocktails are available in four packs and sell for approximately $12.99 each.
