JOHNS, FLORIDA / AGILITYPR.NEWS / March 04, 2026 / Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), in partnership with Protea Capital Partners, is pleased to announce continued construction progress at HarborChase of Beachwalk, a new luxury senior living community underway in the Beachwalk master-planned development in St. Johns, Florida. Following the groundbreaking celebration in November, construction is actively advancing, and the community remains on schedule for a Fall 2027 opening. Pre-leasing for HarborChase of Beachwalk will officially begin in November 2026.

While November 2026 may seem well ahead, demand for high-quality senior living in St. Johns and the greater Northeast Florida market continues to grow. Beginning the pre-leasing process early will provide prospective residents and their families the opportunity to thoughtfully explore floorplans, amenities, and lifestyle offerings before the community opens its doors.

HarborChase of Beachwalk will feature 172 residences, including 82 independent living, 66 assisted living, and 24 memory care apartments. The community will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans designed to deliver both comfort and elegance.

Onsite amenities will include HarborChase signature restaurants such as Fusion Lounge, Counter-Offer café, The Grill Room, Signatures, Zest, and Chef’s Studio—bringing the brand’s farm-to-table mission and hospitality-driven experience to St. Johns. Additional amenities will include a salon and spa, arts and crafts studio, movie theater, billiards room, fitness center, golf simulator, tea room, and thoughtfully designed outdoor living spaces.
