  • Thinks Insight & Strategy replaces our two historic brands with one point of contact for clients, no matter where in the world they are.


Will the offer change?


  • Not at all! Our work will continue to be delivered by our growing team of exceptional insight and strategy professionals, with continuity in client team a priority as always.
  • Thinks Insight & Strategy retains the same commitment to rigor and excellence across the full suite of research approaches; the same method-agnostic focus on tackling our clients’ business challenges; and a continued commitment to providing the insight-led advice and counsel that sets us apart for our clients.
  • Alongside our historic expertise in delivering behaviour-focussed insight, Thinks Insight & Strategy’s behavioural science team offers wider behavioural design and testing capacity, to offer clients the end-to-end advisory they look for.

Established in 2010, Thinks Insight & Strategy is led by founders Viki Cooke (Chair) and Ben Shimshon (Managing Partner), alongside a wider team of partner and director level colleagues.


We have a new logo, a new website, new social media handles and a renewed energy for providing clients with the insight they need. Any emails you send to our current addresses will get through, but our replies will come from our new emails @thinksinsight.com from Thursday.


Our registered name will remain CM Monitor (Britain Thinks) Limited for the time being. 


Thinks Insight & Strategy is majority owned by an Employee Ownership Trust; a certified B-Corp (scoring in the top 5% of B-Corps globally for our offer to colleagues); the 2020 MRS (Market Research Society) Agency of the Year; and is a Living Wage employer.
