LOCAL LEADERSHIP CONSORTIUM LAUNCHES TALENT ATTRACTION EXPERIENCE TIED TO MUSIC FESTIVAL

LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY / AGILITYPR.NEWS / July 15, 2024 / Go Beyond Pilot Program to Bring and Retain Talent in Louisville with an Exclusive VIP Experience at Bourbon & Beyond

LOUISVILLE, Ky. The resumé submission application for Go Beyond, a talent attraction program created to leverage Louisville’s unique cultural assets to attract top-tier talent, is live.

Go Beyond is a pilot program to attract new talent to fuel Louisville’s economy. Through a competitive application process, Go Beyond will bring individuals to Louisville during Bourbon & Beyond, the world’s largest music, food, and bourbon festival. Founding sponsor companies can leverage an exclusive VIP experience at the festival to attract talent to their organization and convince them that Louisville should be their new home. These sponsors may also use this opportunity to entertain and retain existing clients.

"Louisville is a fantastic city with so much to offer. We need to get people here, and they will love it," Stacey Griggs, CEO of El Toro IP Targeting, said. "For cities to be successful, they need to be innovative - Go Beyond is a unique way to show off Louisville at its best and attract talent.

Through a competitive application process, applicants will be reviewed by a committee and presented to participating companies. Companies who find alignment in applicant skill sets will then have two options: 1.) Sponsor top applicants for this premiere experience to cultivate talent, and 2.) Sponsor the Go Beyond program to entertain existing clients and support Louisville’s economic development initiatives. Applications are live at gobeyondinlouisville.com/go-beyond-application/ and are due July 19, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

There are three ways to be a part of this pilot program:

1. Spread the word and win! Individuals who refer applicants to the program will be automatically entered into a drawing for two VIP tickets to the 2024 Bourbon & Beyond Music Festival and more!
2. Become a Founding Sponsor for as little as $5,000 and attend Bourbon & Beyond to learn more about this program's future.
3. Submit a resumé if you are not a Kentucky resident and live more than 50 miles outside of Louisville.
