Popular Historic Crabapple Dining Destination Celebrates the Flavors of Spring with Four-Course Menu and Wine Pairings

WHAT:

Ring in spring during Milton Cuisine & Cocktails’ annual Spring & Vine Wine Dinner on Sunday, March 13. Executive chef Derek Dollar and his team are preparing four courses perfectly paired with selections from Italy’s Antinori Family Estates and California’s Patz & Hall Winery.

Weather permitting, the 5:30 p.m. dinner will take place beneath Milton’s outdoor tent. Tickets are $125 per person plus tax (includes gratuity) and can be purchased online.

MENU:

First Course

Green tomato carpaccio with soppressata, trout roe, truffled-orange honey, Marcona almonds, good olive oil, and honeysuckle flowers | 2018 Col de’ Salici Prosecco Superiore

Second Course

Crab and crawfish croquette with spicy grapefruit emulsion, pink pepper goat cheese gremolata, prosciutto cracklins’ and arugula | 2017 Patz & Hall Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Third Course

Smoked and spiced New York strip bolognese with fresh orecchiette pasta, Luxardo cherries, aged balsamic syrup, crumbled Griffin cheese, spring Vidalia onions, and basil blossoms | 2018 Antica Mountain Select Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth Course

White chocolate panna cotta with strawberry basil gelée and cacao nib biscotti | 2017 Patz & Hall Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
