MIAMI, FL / AGILITYPR.NEWS / February 14, 2020 / Costa’s Love at First Sail promotion enables cruisers to save big on cruises to the eastern and western Mediterranean
Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to shower your significant other with love and appreciation, and what better way to do that than by giving the gift of a Costa cruise to one of the most romantic destinations in the world — the enchanting Mediterranean.
Costa’s recently launched Love at First Sail promotion gives travelers the incentive to go beyond dinner and a movie this year. Through Feb. 29, 2020, North American and Caribbean cruisers can enjoy up to $200 off popular sailings to the Mediterranean and northern Europe, as well as up to $400 in onboard credit. Mediterranean cruises featured in the promotion range from three to 11 nights and are available on Costa Deliziosa, Costa Diadema, Costa Luminosa, Costa Magica and Costa Victoria.
“Offering rich history, culture and irresistible cuisine, the Mediterranean draws romantics from all over the world, making it an ideal Valentine’s Day gift,” said Scott Knutson, vice president of sales and marketing for Costa Cruises North America. “This captivating region offers it all and no one showcases it better than our Italian-born cruise line.”
Travelers in search of a quick romantic getaway can set sail on Costa Magica’s three-night western Mediterranean cruise, departing Oct. 20, 2020. Sailing roundtrip from Barcelona, Spain, the ship calls at the stunning ports of Marseilles, France; and Savona, Italy; with fares starting at just $239.
Those looking for a longer itinerary can opt for Costa Deliziosa’s seven-night cruise through the eastern Mediterranean departing May 9, 2020. Sailing roundtrip from Venice, Italy, the cruise visits Split, Croatia; Kotor, Montenegro; Katakolon (Olympia) and Athens, Greece; and Bari, Italy; with fares starting at $459.
Cruisers looking to go all out this Valentine’s Day can choose an 11-day western Mediterranean cruise aboard Costa Victoria departing July 27, 2020. Sailing roundtrip from Savona, Italy, the cruise calls at Toulon, France; Tarragona, Ibiza, Palma and Port Mahon, Spain; Olbia (Emerald Coast), Naples and Portoferraio, Italy; with fares starting at $1,399.
All cruise fares are per person, double occupancy, and do not include government taxes and fees, or gratuities. The promotion is applicable to new individual reservations only and must be booked by Feb. 29, 2020. The promotion is available to residents of the United States, District of Columbia, Canada and Caribbean and is valid only on Total Comfort rates for ocean view and balcony cabins. The onboard credit amount is in U.S. dollars and will be converted to euros onboard at the current exchange rate.
Onboard credits are nontransferable and cannot be used in the casino or be applied to hotel service charges or gratuities. Savings vary based on fare type.
