Enjoy a flight of four wines paired with delights from Estate Chef Vince Sanchez to show the versatility of white and red wines when presented with savory mustard influenced fare to include Journeyman sausages, house made mustards, pickled cabbage, and a fresh bakery pretzel. Compare and contrast each flavor with the presented wines for a delightful and educational experience.

The wine flight includes 2023 Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Cold Concrete Sauvignon Blanc, 2022 Napa Valley Estate Virtu, 2018 Napa Valley Estate Elu and 2019 Rutherford Estate Vineyard Merlot. Offered by appointment Wednesday – Saturday during the months of February and March.
