Node embraces three goals – the 3 “C’s” of cost (affordability), convenience and community. With the new wave of Work From Home, Node offers communal co-working spaces and office nooks alongside its compact apartments, designed stylishly more like a home from home than an office space. With the 3-day office week likely to be permanent, comfortable homes with working spaces and a daytime live/work community are ever more important. Unlike other co-living residences, Node's curated living model provides larger apartment spaces with in-unit laundry, kitchen, living and dining areas, in addition to communal spaces that encourage human connection and provide for safety in a post-COVID world. A sense of belonging yet private distance between residents is an important balance to tackle issues of loneliness, and make city living more vibrant, experiential and safe. A residents' lounge and outdoor patio will also cater for curated residents' events.
Node’s newest Brixton residence, which will open in late 2021, is a historic 1940's building of 64 apartments (primarily studios and 1-bedroom apartments), a co-working space, residents lounge and outdoor patio, designed by award-winning firm DesignAgency and 56Three Architects. Nodies can live in comfort in London with traditional units, or a penthouse collection with private Juliet balconies and home offices. Node Brixton is located minutes’ walk to the Brixton Village, Pop Brixton, the Brixton Academy, underground, overground and other neighbourhood amenities.

Anil has worked in real estate for nearly 20 years in the US, Europe and Asia, and was formerly a Managing Director at Blackstone, the world's largest real estate private equity firm. Prior to that he worked at Credit Suisse / DLJ in Los Angeles. Anil graduated with an HBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and a BA from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
