Senior Solicitor, Maria Coster has joined the Nottingham office of Stowe Family Law, the UK’s largest specialist family law firm.

Maria practices in all areas of family law with an emphasis on divorce, financial settlements and private law Children Act matters. She has advised on cases involving pre-acquired and post-separation assets, spousal maintenance, business assets and pensions.

Within her Children Act practice she has conducted complex child arrangement cases involving issues such as domestic violence, substance misuse, removal from the jurisdiction and parental alienation.

She said:

I have advised on family law cases exclusively since 2012, during which time I have demonstrated my commitment to providing clear and concise advice to clients, with the diligence and thoroughness required to obtain the best possible outcome. I look forward to bringing this and my expertise in children matters to the team.”
