ORM Wins Major Website Strategy and Design Contract with HomeServe

LONDON, UK / AGILITYPR.NEWS / July 13, 2020 / ORM, part of Paragon Customer Communications, has been awarded a major contract by HomeServe to lead the multinational home emergency repairs and improvements businesses’ new website and design strategy.

 

The digital partner to numerous leading blue-chip brands will become HomeServe’s agency partner for the company’s digital transformation plans.

 

Paragon Customer Communications already holds the HomeServe marketing and transactional communication account for the UK, and ORM will now take control of the brand’s digital strategy.

 

The digital engagement will involve a complete overhaul of the existing website for HomeServe to make digital the primary customer acquisition channel.

 

ORM will harness a team of designers, content and experience strategists to collaborate with HomeServe’s technical development teams. There is also a suite of other initiatives that HomeServe is keen to explore alongside this initial scope of work.
