PFAS Prohibited in Californian Menstrual Products

The Take All Menstrual Product-PFAS Out Now (T.A.M.P.O.N.) Act (AB 2515) was signed into law on September 30, 2024. This act prohibits per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from menstrual products.
