UNITED KINGDOM / AGILITYPR.NEWS / March 28, 2022 / Perrys Chartered Accountants, which operates from seven locations across Kent and London, has agreed a merger with Gilbert Allen & Co in Tonbridge.

The deal, which was handled by accountancy mergers and acquisitions specialists The Chambers Group, will see the two long-established practices join forces and consolidate their range of services to offer clients unrivalled accountancy expertise across multiple disciplines. These include specialist tax services for buy-to-let, hospitality, media, probate and auditing.

The Gilbert Allen & Co team will continue to operate from its office in Tonbridge. Steve Hale, who has lived and worked in the area for 30 years, will head up the office alongside Perrys’ tax specialist and partner, Craig Harman, and the remaining Gilbert Allen & Co team.
