28^th JULY 2020EIZO UK LAUNCHES EASY CONNECTIVITY FLEXSCAN PRODUCTS

EIZO Limited has officially announced the launch of two FlexScan monitors, offering new solutions for single cable and docking station connectivity – both of which will be available to view at the company’s UK premises in August, or online via virtual demonstrations, and on sale later this year.

• The new products have a host of features that make remote working and connectivity easier than ever. The new 27-inch FlexScan EV2795 and 24.1-inch FlexScan EV2495 are both frameless LCD monitors equipped with:USB Type-C, which acts as docking station to allow for easy connection without a central hub. Connecting any laptop via USB Type-C allows access to the network through the monitor.
• Daisy chain functionality, allowing the connection of multiple monitors and additional screen space via a single cable.
• A dedicated LAN port on the monitor, meaning a built-in stable wired connection. This allows users to conduct conference calls or data transfers reliably and at high speed.
• Three USB Type-A ports for easily connecting peripherals.

The virtually frameless design for a minimalistic aesthetic is available in white and black with matching colour cables. Both monitors are certified by worldwide comprehensive sustainability standards, including TCO Certified Generation 8, EPEAT and EnergyStar. In addition, FlexScan monitors meet several of the categories set forth by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for environmentally friendliness and higher work efficiency.

The 27-inch FlexScan EV2795 boasts a 2560 x 1440 native resolution and the FlexScan EV2495 offers a resolution of 1920 x 1200. Additional features include DisplayPort, HDMI, Eye care functions (including flicker-free display and dimming range from 1 cd/m2), low power consumption, a five-year warranty and a six-month no bright pixel guarantee.
