Our Center Works team designed these panels to respond to hot opportunities in the job market and address significant barriers that LGBTQ+ folks are dealing with in various industries.
Lyric Truth, Employment Support Specialist at The Center and panel moderator, shares, "As we were designing the panels, these were the questions that guided us: How do we create an event that is meaningful for someone who is in the middle of their career, as much as for someone who is 18 years old and just starting to break into the world of work? How do we do that for people of all backgrounds?"
