Good Soul Hunting Launches Globally and Rewrites the Rulebook on Executive Recruitment 

 

Emma Barry and leading global fitness sector experts Lucy and Matt Adey launch Good Soul Hunting - an executive search brand for purpose-led health and fitness companies.

 

Author and highly-regarded global fitness authority, Emma Barry has joined forces with leading global fitness sector experts - Lucy and Matt Adey to launch a new breed of executive people placement brand; Good Soul Hunting. Good Soul Hunting specializes in filling business-critical roles in the fit-tech, well-tech and personalized health sectors spanning seed to series C funding. 


United through past work lives, Emma has pioneered some of the sector’s most game-changing companies and movements including Les Mills International and Equinox. Lucy has spent 15 years building successful teams and developing people-lead strategies across New Zealand, the United States and Europe. Matt has 30 years driving global sales, customer experience and operations inside and outside the health and wellness sector, most recently across the US and UK for Les Mills and Orangetheory. 


Living the adage “help first, hunt second,” the founding team share a genuine and relentless ambition to accelerate businesses operating within or looking to enter the global health, fitness and wellness market.
