Shankly Hotel Liverpool To Become Latest Reality Star Of New BBC TV Documentary "A Very Northern Hotel"

The award winning Shankly Hotel in Liverpool which was conceived in tribute to the legendary Liverpool FC football manager Bill Shankly OBE is to set to become the latest reality star of the BBC’s new flagship documentary series “ A Very Northern Hotel.” 

The hotel which is revered for its dynamic mix of guests sees Hollywood A listers, Brit actors, soap stars and football legends rubbing shoulders with stag and hen parties, weddings, baby showers and Instagram influencers. Tom Hardy, Stephen Graham, Neil FitzMaurice, football managers Jurgen Klopp, Sir Kenny Dalgish football star Wayne and wife Collen Rooney are all fans of the Liverpool hotspot. While stars of reality TV shows and soaps including The Real Housewives Of Cheshire, The Only Way Is Essex,  Love Island, Emmerdale and Coronation Street are all regular guests to the luxury Liverpool hotel.

The Shankly is a huge hit with Liverpool football fans and players alike because of its spiritual connection to Bill Shankly, arguably the greatest football manager of all time. The Shankly boasts glamorous party rooms, stylish suites and themed party accommodation. Rooms include the LP Laurent Perrier styled Champagne room which sleeps 24 people and comes complete with its own mosaic pool, private bar, kitchen and whirlpool bath. While the “Welcome To The Jungle” rooms take inspiration from the Australian jungle with lions, tigers, exotic plants and flowers in tribute to the cult TV series “Im A Celebrity Get Me Outta Here."
