Shell Tech™ Concludes 2nd Annual Legends & Heroes Shootout

Shell Tech™, the ammunition branch of Shell Shock Technologies, LLC. (SST), a leading innovator in the ammunition industry, has successfully concluded its 2nd Annual Legends & Heroes shootout, a two-day charity event held March 20 – 21, 2026, in the greater Miami, Florida area. The event raised funds for two organizations supporting veterans and first responders, the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF) and K9 Heroes 4 Heroes, through a free public range day, a steel challenge competition, live-fire demonstrations, raffles, and an exclusive celebrity charity golf tournament.
On Friday, March 20, Shell Tech hosted its Legends & Heroes Range Day at Markham Park Shooting Range in Sunrise, Florida. The free, public-access event drew veterans, law enforcement, civilians, and industry partners for a full day of shooting sports from 10 am to 3 pm, with all ammunition provided by Shell Tech at no cost to attendees.
Live-fire experiences included a 9mm Steel Challenge Competition powered by Shell Tech’s NAS3™ nickel-alloy ammunition, 100-yard rifle bays featuring Shell Tech 5.56 rounds, and multiple shooting stages designed to keep the day dynamic and accessible for all skill levels. The event also marked the public debut of Shell Tech’s new .338 Lapua ammunition, a highly anticipated addition to the brand’s performance lineup.
Hosted and filmed by Regional Operations and firearms media personality Jake Holth, the range day featured raffle prizes including a custom AR-15 donated by KAK Industries, a DS15-MFR (Modern Fighting Rifle) from Dark Storm Industries, accessories and gear from event sponsors, and Shell Tech ammunition bundles. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet Loki and connect with Joe Gionti, founder of K9 Heroes 4 Heroes.
On Saturday, March 21, the Legends & Heroes Shootout concluded with an invitation-only Celebrity Charity Golf Tournament at Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida. The exclusive event brought together Major League Baseball legends, veterans, and industry leaders for a day of high-end competition and purposeful connection.
From limited foursomes to premium hospitality, every detail of the golf tournament was designed to deliver a memorable, elevated experience on and off the course, reflecting the overall spirit of the Legends & Heroes Shootout as an event that blends excellence, community, and charitable impact.
All net proceeds from raffle activities and event revenue benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation and K9 Heroes 4 Heroes. Shell Tech is proud to announce that meaningful contributions will be made to both organizations as a result of this year’s event, bringing the brand closer to its goal of fully funding a trained service dog for a Navy SEAL in need.
