The Black Culture Foundation Awards Keith Hosea a Black Rose

THE BLACK CULTURE FOUNDATION / AGILITYPR.NEWS / April 19, 2026 / SAN BERNARDINO, CA – The 34th Annual Black Rose Award nominees represent some of the Inland Empire’s best leaders, according to Black Culture Foundation President Carl M. Dameron. “Nominations began in September, and people from all across the Inland Empire nominated individuals who significantly impacted our communities.”

 

The Black Culture Foundation has chosen Keith Hosea as a 2026 Black Rose Award winner. Hosea is a big supporter of youth programs and a major advocate of foster youth services. He is the founder and CEO at Telios Training Solutions, an author, motivational speaker, professional trainer, consultant and a devoted family man.

 

When he learned he had been nominated for a Black Rose Award, he said, “I am completely honored, in fact, overwhelmed to be named for this award, whose previous winners have been wonderful people.”
