TUCSON, Ariz. - (October 1, 2026) - Tucson Federal Credit Union (TFCU) President and CEO Matthew Gaspari has been named a Credit Union Leader of the Year by AZ Business Magazine, a publication of AZ Big Media, as part of the magazine's annual Excellence in Banking special section.

The Excellence in Banking section recognizes Arizona's leading banks, credit unions and financial services organizations, along with the executives driving the industry forward through leadership, innovation, community involvement and excellence. Gaspari's recognition will appear in the November/December issue of Az Business Magazine.
