TUCSON, AZ / AGILITYPR.NEWS / September 16, 2025 / Tucson Federal Credit Union (TFCU) will mark a milestone day on Thursday, September 18, as it is honored for its role in fueling economic growth in Southeast Tucson while also equipping the next generation with essential financial skills.

That evening, TFCU will be recognized at the Golden Spike Awards, hosted by the Vail Chamber of Commerce at Desert Diamond Casino. The award celebrates TFCU’s contributions to prosperity and development in Vail and surrounding communities. Makayla Dehne, Rita Ranch Branch Manager, will accept the honor on behalf of TFCU.

Earlier in the day, TFCU’s West Branch team will lead a Teen/Tween Financial Education Workshop at the Valencia Library (4:30–5:30 p.m.). The hands-on session will introduce key money concepts in a fun, interactive format designed to help youth build smart financial habits for the future.
