Warwick Estates appoints new COO as high-profile recruitment drive continues

UNITED KINGDOM / AGILITYPR.NEWS / July 26, 2021 / Leading property management company, Warwick Estates has announced its latest high-profile hire, as it continues with an extensive recruitment drive that has already seen five new faces appointed to senior positions within recent months.

 

Bethan Griffiths joins Warwick Estates as their new COO, having previously worked as an industry consultant and at SDL Property Management prior to that. 

 

Bethan brings nearly two decades of industry experience with her to the role, with previous Warwick COO, Emma Power, now taking on the mantle of company CEO.

 

Warwick Estates manages over 40,000 properties via 186 staff at its offices in London, Harlow, Portsmouth, Stanford le Hope, Cheltenham, Cardiff and Warrington - a portfolio that has a value of over £9 billion.

 

The managed portfolio takes many forms and ranges in complexity from small schemes to those with multiple blocks, extensive grounds, mixed tenures, residential, leisure and commercial elements. Warwick manages this extensively diverse portfolio on behalf of clients from major freehold owners, through PLC developers, smaller local developers to RMC/RTM clients.

 

Both women will play an integral role in the long term direction of the company, a company that is unrecognisable from the business it was just a short time ago having undergone an extensive operational overhaul.
